About Al

Al Heighton is an illustrator, artist and print maker.  Al’s work is often a playful world peppered with humorous characters subjected to infinite narratives

Al has exhibited up and down the country and has had a solo exhibition at Hornsey’s Gallery. His work has recently featured in the movie “The 5th Wave”, with Chloe Grace Moretz. Al’s work was also a part of the “Hello my name is Paul Smith” exhibition at the Design Museum, London.

Al’s clients include The Financial Times, The Guardian, The Arctic Monkeys, Hird Rail, Bolton College, Marks and Spencer, Pentagram, Lascivious, Random House, Boots, Newby Hall, Acorn Brewery, Unchaste for Harvey Nichols amongst others.
